Appellant'sargumentsaremeritless.First,sheallegesthatthetrialjudgedidnotproperlyinstructthejuryastothevalueofthepropertystolen.Nospecialrequestsforinstructionsonvaluewereaskedofthetrialcourt.Nothingwasincludedinthemotionfornewtrial.Tenn.R.App.P.,Rule3(e).Notwithstandingwaiver,ourreviewoftherecordshowsthatthetrialjudgegavetheproperinstructionastovalue. Theappellantnextcontendsthattheevidencewasinsufficienttoconvictheroftheft.Shemakesablanketstatementalleginginsufficiencyanddoesnotcitetotherecordareasofinsufficiencyaboutwhichshecomplains.SeeTenn.R.App.P.,Rule27(g);Tenn.R.Ct.Crim.App.10.Notwithstandingwaiver,wehavereviewedtheentirerecord.Theevidenceissufficient,indeedoverwhelming,thattheappellantstolemorethan$500.00worthofmerchandisefromtheJacksonWalMartonJune23,1993. Theappellant'sbriefonappealismarginal.Noreferencestotherecordexist.Therecordisdevoidofcitationtomeaningfullegalauthority.Becauseoftheseinadequacies,theCourthasreviewedthisrecordforplainerror.Wefindnone.
