×€€Additionally,Ïalthough€the€record€reflects€that€the€appellant€possesses€a€seventh€gradeÏeducation,€the€record€also€establishes€that€the€instant€case€is€not€the€appellantððsÏfirst€encounter€with€the€criminal€justice€system.€€The€instant€case€is€theÏappellantððs€fifth€felony€conviction.€€He€was€sentenced€as€a€range€II,€multipleÏoffender.€€Furthermore,€during€the€plea€colloquy,€the€appellant€indicated€that€heÏwas€satisfied€with€Mr.€Dobsonððs€representation€and€understood€theÏproceedings,€including€the€Stateððs€opposition€to€a€sentence€involvingÏcommunity€corrections.ÌÌà àDue€to€Mr.€Dobsonððs€ill€health,€the€appellant€was€represented€at€theÏsentencing€hearing€by€Ms.€Mary€Ann€Green,€who€presented€the€appellantððsÏmotion€to€withdraw€his€guilty€plea.€€Ms.€Green€explained€to€the€trial€court€that€theÏappellant€was€no€longer€eligible€for€community€corrections,€as€he€was€unable€toÏfind€a€relative€or€acquaintance€capable€of€housing€the€appellant€during€theÏservice€of€his€sentence.€€The€appellant€testified€at€the€hearing€that€he€had€onlyÏpled€guilty€because€he€believed€he€would€receive€community€corrections.€€HeÏstated€that€Mr.€Dobson€had€informed€him€that€the€community€correctionsÏprogram€ð ðwould€probably€accept€[him]€if€[he]€had€a€place€to€stay.ððÌÌà àAt€the€post„conviction€hearing,€the€appellant€again€asserted€that€he€hadÏpled€guilty€because€he€believed€that€he€would€receive€community€corrections.€ÏHowever,€on€cross„examination,€he€conceded€that,€at€the€time€of€his€guilty€plea,Ïhe€was€aware€of€the€Stateððs€opposition€to€his€placement€in€a€communityÏcorrections€program.€€Bill€Dobson€testified€that,€prior€to€the€appellantððs€plea,€theÏcommunity€corrections€officer€informed€the€appellant€that€he€would€òòprobablyóó€beÏaccepted€into€the€program,€because€members€of€the€appellantððs€family€wereÏable€to€provide€housing€for€the€appellant.€€However,€by€the€date€of€theÏsentencing€hearing,€the€family€members€could€no€longer€accommodate€theÏappellant.× ƒ' ××  ×€€Mr.€Dobson€concluded€that€the€appellant€was€aware€that€he€was€notÍguaranteed€placement€in€the€community€corrections€program.€€The€recordÏsupports€the€trial€courtððs€finding€that€the€appellantððs€plea€was€knowing€andÏvoluntary.ÌÌà
