Thepetitioner,hismother,andtrialcounseltestifiedattheevidentiaryhearing.Areadingofthetranscriptoftheevidencerevealsthetestimonyofthepetitionerandtrialcounselconflictedregardingeverymaterialissue.Thetestimonycannotbereconciled.Thetrialcourtobviouslyaccreditedthetestimonyoftrialcounselandrejectedtheevidencepresentedbythepetitioner.
