Paris,TN38242                   OPINIONFILED:____________________ AFFIRMED JOHNH.PEAY, Judge  @ OPINION     Thedefendantwasindictedforsellinglessthan.5gramsofcocaineandwasconvictedofthisoffensebyajury.Afterahearing,hewassentencedtothreeyears,sixmonthsintheTennesseeDepartmentofCorrectionandfinedtenthousanddollars($10,000).Inthisappealasofright,thedefendantchallengesonlythesufficiencyoftheevidence.Afterareviewoftherecord,weaffirm.  OnJuly26,1994,OfficerScottWyrickoftheHenryCountySheriffsDepartmentmetwithJamesYeagerandKarenWofford.YeagerandWoffordwereworkingasundercoveragentsfortheDepartment.WyrickgaveYeagersixtydollarsandinstructedhimandWoffordtousethismoneyinanattempttopurchasedrugs.WyrickalsoaffixedatransmittingdeviceonYeagersbody,andsearchedhimandhisvehiclefornarcotics.WyrickalsoprovidedWoffordwithataperecorder.YeagerandWoffordthenleftinYeagerscartotryandmakedrugbuys.  Whiletheywereout,theypickedupawomanWoffordknew,namedAngieWofford(nobloodrelation).Thetwowomenattemptedtopurchasedrugsfromamanknownas FatDaddybuthewouldnotselltothem.Later,Angiesawthedefendant,whomYeagerandWofforddidnotknow,gotoutofthecarandapproachedhimaboutfindingsomedrugstobuy.ThedefendantgotinthecarandpatteddownYeagerandWofford,butdidnotfindtherecordingdevices.HeaskedYeagerwhatheneeded,andYeagerexplainedhe wantedafortydollarrock.ThedefendantthendirectedYeagertoanestablishmentcalledRoyces,whereFatDaddyhadearlierdeclinedtoselldrugstotheWoffordwomen.  AfterarrivingatRoyces,thedefendantandWoffordenteredandthedefendantapproachedFatDaddyaboutsellingcocaine.FatDaddyrefusedtomakethesaleinfrontofWofford,andthedefendanttoldhertogivehimthemoneyandwaitoutside.Shedidso,andthedefendantthenjoinedher twosecondslater.Atthatpoint,thedefendantgaveWoffordasmallrockofcrackcocaine.TheybothgotbackinthecarandYeagerthenreturnedthedefendanttothelocationatwhichtheyhadpickedhimup.YeageralsopaidAngieWoffordtendollars($10)forassistinginthebuy.Afterdroppingofftheirpassengers,YeagerandWoffordreturnedtothedrugtaskforceofficeandhandedoverthecocaineandtheremainingtendollars($10).Theyalsodescribedthedefendantsdistinctivephysicalappearanceandsubsequentlyidentifiedhimfromaphotograph.  Yeagertestifiedthathedidnotseethecocainechangehands.Thetransactionwasnotrecordedbecausethetapehadrunoutbythetimethesaleoccurred.NorwasthetransactiontransmittedtothemonitoringpoliceofficerbecauseYeagerwasinthecarwhileWoffordandthedefendantwerestandingoutsideRoyces.However,Woffordtestifiedthatthedefendanthadhandedhertherockcocaineinexchangeforthe$40.Thedefendantchallengeshertestimonyonthegroundsthatshewasanadmitteddrugaddictwhowasintheprocessofrecoveryandthatshewaspaidforeveryundercoverdrugdealshemade.Inotherwords,thedefendantmakesaclassiccredibilityargument.̀  Whenanaccusedchallengesthesufficiencyoftheconvictingevidence,wemustreviewtheevidenceinthelightmostfavorabletotheprosecutionindeterminingwhether anyrationaltrieroffactcouldhavefoundtheessentialelementsofthecrimebeyondareasonabledoubt.Jacksonv.Virginia,443U.S.307,319,99S.Ct.2781,61L.Ed.2d560(1979).WedonotreweighorreevaluatetheevidenceandarerequiredtoaffordtheStatethestrongestlegitimateviewoftheproofcontainedintherecordaswellasallreasonableandlegitimateinferenceswhichmaybedrawntherefrom.Statev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835(Tenn.1978).  Questionsconcerningthecredibilityofwitnesses,theweightandvaluetobegiventotheevidence,aswellasfactualissuesraisedbytheevidenceareresolvedbythetrieroffact,notthisCourt.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835.AguiltyverdictrenderedbythejuryandapprovedbythetrialjudgeaccreditsthetestimonyofthewitnessesfortheState,andapresumptionofguiltreplacesthepresumptionofinnocence.Statev.Grace,493S.W.2d474,476(Tenn.1973).  Thedefendantofferednoproofinhisdefense.Oncrossexamination,hiscounselattemptedtodiscreditthetestimonyofbothYeagerandWofford.However,itisobviousthatthejurydecidedthatthesetwowitnesseswerecredible.Wewillnotoverturnthejurysjudgmentinthisregard.CreditingtheStateswitnesses,therewasampleevidencetoconvictthedefendant.Thisissueiswithoutmerit.
