Weaffirmthejudgmentofthetrialcourt.  OnFebruary21,1996,DetectiveTimSmithoftheSullivanCountySheriff'sDepartmentinvestigatedaburglaryDDatDDtheresidenceofthevictim,GeraldClark.UponDDhisarrivalatthescene,DDDDDetectiveSmithdiscoveredDDevidenceofforcedentrythroughthereardooroftheDDresidence;whileinside,DDheDDfoundseveralDDgunswrappedinablanketbehindacouch.TheglassDDofDDDDaDDguncasehadbeenDDshatteredDDandtheDDcasewasempty.DetectiveSmithfoundjewelrybehindadisplacedcouchcushion.ThevictimidentifiedthedefendantandTimothyHenryassuspects.HenrywasarrestedDDonthesamedateoftheburglary.DD   OnNovember1,1996,thedefendantwasarrested.InhisstatementtoDetectiveSmith,thedefendantDDadmittedthatDDhehadaccompaniedHenrytothevictim'sresidence.DDHetoldDetectiveSmiththathesawHenryDDDDwalkDDaroundthesideofthehouse.DDWhentheDDdefendantfollowedDDafterHenry,hesawDDDDthattheDDdoorhadbeenkickedDDajarandthatHenryDDwasinside.ThedefendantDDconfirmedthatDDheenteredtheresidenceeventhoughheknewitwaswrong.DDHeDDDDmaintainedDDthathewentnofurtherthanthelivingroom.WhileDDtheDDtwomenDDwereDDinsidetheresidence,DDthevictimandhisson,Jeffery,arrived.TheDDdefendant,whosaidhedidnotDDDDknowDD @8.2 eitherDDofDDthevictims,claimedthatDDheandHenryleftinhisCamaro,takingnothing. $8.4 Ї  DDAttrial,theDDvictimDDrecalledthatDDasheandDDhissonreturnedDDhomethedayoftheoffense,henoticedablackCamaroparkedacrosstheDDstreet.WhilehissonwalkedDDovertoDDinspectthevehicle,theDDvictimdiscoveredthatthebackdoorofthehousewasopen.HeDDtestifiedthatwhenheenteredDDDDhisDDDDresidence,hesawDDHenry,whomhehadknownforatleasttenyears,standinginthelivingDDroom;whenheDDheardnoisefromanotherbedroom,heturnedtoseetheDDdefendant.ThevictimrememberedtellingtheDDdefendantandHenrytowaitwhilehecalledthesheriffbutthetwomenDDfledDDintheCamaro.DDAfterward,DDthevictimlocatedhisgunswrappedinacomforterbehindacouch.Theguncasehadbeensmashed.ThevictimtestifiedthatDDneithertheDDdefendantDDnorHenryDDDDhadDDpermissiontobeinhisDDresidence.DD  JefferyClarktestifiedthatheandthevictimDDreturnedtotheirresidenceDDatapproximately3:00DDP.M.HeDDexplainedthatwhenhesawDDthedoortohisJeepwasopenandwalkedacrossthestreettocheckonDDit,heDDheardthevictimyellandsawtheDDEtheEDDEEdefendantandHenryDDemergefromtheDDreardoorofDDhisDDhouse.JefferyrecognizedDDboththeDDdefendantandHenryDDwhomhehadknownfromDDgradeschool.Whenthevictimwentinsidetocallthesheriff,thedefendantandHenryDDfledthescene.DD  Attrial,thedefendanttestifiedthatheworkedforHelpingHandsasaCertifiedNurse'sDDAide.DDDDHeexplainedthatontheDDdayoftheoffense,DDaDDpatientDgeDDheDattendedwasDDinthehospitalsohedecidedtovisitDDHenryDDonhiswayhome.HeadmittedthathedroveHenrytotheDDvictim'sDDresidencebutclaimedthathedidnotknowDDhisintentions.DDDDThedefendantcontendedthathewaitedwhileHenryDDDDwalkedDDaroundtheDDhouseandthatheDDwalkedDDintotheDDDDlivingDDroomDDonlyafterHenrycalledhim.Atthatpoint,heheardsomeoneDDask,"[W]hatareyoudoinginmyhouse?"DDHeclaimedthatheturnedDDDDtothevictimandDDrepliedthathedidnotDDknowFandFG,GthatDDhehad 8.4 onlydrivenHenrythere.DDThedefendantthensawDDHenryemergefromthebackbedroom,removejewelryfromhispocket,andDDplaceitDDunderacouchcushion.DDWhenthevictimDDpickedupthetelephonetocall"theDDlaw,"theDDDDdefendantoverheardHenryDDDDthreatenDDtokillthevictimifheDDplacedacalltoDDtheDDsheriff.DDDDThedefendantadmittedthatheleftthesceneHwithHenryHandacknowledged,becausehefearedtheconsequencesoftheincident,heandhiswifeleftthestatethatverynight.TheDDdefendantadmittedthathehadfourpriorDDfelonyconvictionsDD,threeforDDaggravatedburglaryandoneforaggravatedrobbery.  DDTimDDHenry,DDanDDinmatewiththeTennesseeDepartmentofCorrection,admittedpriorconvictionsfortwoattemptedmurders,aggravatedburglaryoftheDDvictim'sDDresidence,autoburglary,andtheftunderfivehundreddollars.DDHetestifiedDDthatheaskedthedefendanttoaccompanyhimtothevictim'sresidencetolookataJeep.HenrymaintainedDDthatthedefendantknewnothingofhisintentions.HeclaimedthattheDDdefendantwaitedintheDDcarwhileDDHenrykickedinthebackdoor,enteredthehouse,andremovedgunsfromtheguncabinet.DDHeDDDDexplainedthathecalledforthedefendantonlywhenherealizedDDhecouldnotcarrythegunsbyDDhimself.HeadmittedthattheDDdefendantenteredtheDDresidence,followedDDshortlyDDthereafterbyDDthevictimandDDhisson.DDHenrytestifiedthattheDDdefendantneverDDtouchedanythinginthehouseandDDwasunawarethatatheftwasinprocess.DDDD@0IDD  ThedefendantDDhaschallengedDDthesufficiencyoftheevidence.Onappeal,ofcourse,thestateisentitledtothestrongestlegitimateviewoftheevidenceandallreasonableinferenceswhichmightbedrawntherefrom.Statev. 4 +0 Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835(Tenn.1978).Thecredibilityofthewitnesses,the L6,2 weighttobegiventheirtestimony,andthereconciliationofconflictsintheproofare 8.4 mattersentrustedtothejuryastrieroffact.Byrgev.State,575S.W.2d292,295 `  (Tenn.Crim.App.1978).Whenthesufficiencyoftheevidenceischallenged,therelevantquestioniswhether,afterreviewingtheevidenceinthelightmostfavorabletothestate,anyrationaltrieroffactcouldhavefoundtheessentialelementsofthecrimebeyondareasonabledoubt.Statev.Williams,657S.W.2d405,410(Tenn. 0 1983);Tenn.R.App.P.13(e).  Thedefendantwasconvictedoffacilitationofaggravatedburglary."Apersoncommits[aggravated]burglarywho,withouttheeffectiveconsentofthepropertyowner,"entersahabitation"withintenttocommitafelonyortheft."Tenn.CodeAnn.39-14-401,402&-403.ApersoncommitsfacilitationofafelonyDDwhenDD8 8 (# (#knowingthatanotherintendstocommitaspecificfelony,butwithouttheintentrequiredforcriminalresponsibilityunder[Tenn.CodeAnn.]3911402(2),thepersonknowinglyfurnishessubstantialassistanceinthecommissionofthefelony.<.   Tenn.CodeAnn.3911403(a).D񜛜D8 8 (# (#"Knowing"referstoapersonwhoactsknowinglywithrespecttotheconductortocircumstancessurroundingtheconductwhenthepersonisawareofthenatureoftheconductorthatthecircumstancesexist.Apersonactsknowinglywithrespecttoaresultoftheperson'sconductwhenthepersonisawarethattheconductisreasonablycertaintocausetheresult./   Tenn.CodeAnn.3911302(b).  DDItisuncontestedthattheDDdefendantdroveHenrytothevictim'sresidenceandDDwaited.DDDDThedefendantenteredDDtheresidencewhenHenrycalledDDeventhoughheDDadmittedtoDetectiveSmiththatheknewitwaswrongtoDDenterDDthehouse.Byhisowntestimony,hewatchedHenryremovejewelryfromhispocketandhideitbetweenthecouchcushions.ThedefendantadmitsthathedroveHenry 8.4 homeandthathefledtoSouthCarolinatohideDDfromtheauthorities.FromDDtheseDDfacts,DDitwasentirelyreasonableforthejurytoDDhaveconcludeDDdthatDDthedefendantwasawareofcircumstancesassoonasheenteredthehouseandthatheknowinglyfurnishedsubstantialassistancetoDDHenry.Thatissufficienttosupporteveryelementoftheoffense.DD  @/II  Next,thedefendantclaimsthatthepresentmentwasfatallydeficientbecauseitfailedtofullystatethecrime.Thestaterespondsthatthepresentmentfullysatisfiesthestatutoryandconstitutionalrequirementsofnoticeandform.  Thepresentmentchargedasfollows:8 8 (# (#[T]hat[thedefendant]onoraboutFebruary21,1996...didunlawfullyandfeloniouslyenterthehabitationofGeraldClarkwithouttheeffectiveconsentoftheowner...andwiththeintenttocommitathefttherein,contrarytoT.C.A.Section3914403....   6ThepresentmentDDincludestheDDessentialelementsofaggravatedburglaryDDandmakesreferencetoDDtherelevantstatutorysection.SeeStatev.Carter,___S.W.2d___,  &  No.02S019705CR00045(Tenn.,atJackson,Feb.1,1999).Moreover,thepresentmentissufficienttoputthedefendantonnoticeofalllesseroffenses,includingfacilitationofaggravatedburglary.SeeStatev.Parker,932S.W.2d945 +$"& (Tenn.Crim.App.1996).Facilitationofaggravatedburglarywasfairlyraisedbytheevidence.Inconsequence,weconcludethatthepresentmentwassufficient.
