L6,0  Thetwocodefendantsweresentencedatthesamesentencinghearing.CodefendantAkinstestifiedwhenhesawthedefendantgrabagunfromthecar,hewentbacktothecarandretrievedashotgun.Heneverpointedtheshotgunatthevictim,andhewassurprisedwhenthedefendantshotthevictim.Hesoldthegunusedintheshootingtothedefendant.Hegotintothevictimscarwiththedefendantafterthevictimwasshot.CodefendantGroomsownedthecarinwhichtheyarrivedatthemall.Astheincidentwasoccurring,hedroveawayinhiscarbecausehe wantednopartofit. Atthetimeofsentencing,the[[[19[[nin[[[rt[[[eteen[year[[[[olddefendanthadneithercompletedhighschoolnorobtainedaGED.HequithighschoolandenteredaJobCorpsprogramwherehereceived[[training[inautobodydetail,[[[[[asanautobody[[technician[,[[[[[andobtainedaglassandinsulationcertification.Thedefendanthadascarceemploymenthistory.Thepresentencereportrevealsajuvenilecriminaloffense,butnoadultcriminaloffenses.However,therewerependingchargesinDavidsonCountyfortheftofproperty,autoburglaryandevadingarrest. Thedefendantcontendsthatthecourterredindenyingmitigatingfactorsandinweighingthefactors.Whenthereisachallengetothelength,range,ormannerofserviceofasentence,itisthedutyofthiscourttoconductadenovo -#& reviewoftherecordwithapresumptionthatthedeterminationsmadebythetrialcourtarecorrect.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035401(d)(1997).Thispresumptionis conditionedupontheaffirmativeshowingintherecordthatthetrialcourtconsideredthesentencingprinciplesandallrelevantfactsandcircumstances.Statev.Ashby,823S.W.2d166,169(Tenn.1991).
