Atthesentencinghearing,theappellantsproofconsistedoftestimonyofhisreputationinthecommunity,hisreligiousandlifestylechanges,andhisrecentmarriage.Baseduponthisproofthathehad turnedoveranewleaf,herequestedalternativesentencing.̀Thestateopposedtheappellantsrequest.Itofferedproofthattheappellantwasanadmittedprofessionalcriminalandofthreeenhancingfactorstorebutthenotionthatalternativesentencingwouldbeappropriate.Thethreeenhancingfactorsincluded:(1)theappellantwastheleaderinthecommissionofanoffenseinvolvingtwoormorecriminalactors;(2)theoffenseinvolvedmorethanonevictim;and(3)theamountofpersonalorpropertydamagewasparticularlygreat.   `  p    Theappellantsmotionforalternativesentencingwasdenied.Thetrialcourtconcludedthatintheinterestofbothjusticeandsocietyandforthesakeofdeterrence,theappellantshouldservehissentenceintheDepartmentofϜCorrection.Moreover,thecourtstatedthatconfinementwasnecessarytoavoiddepreciatingtheseriousnessoftheoffense. Whenasentencingissueisappealed,thisCourtshallconductadenovoreviewwiththepresumptionthatthetrialcourtsfindingsarecorrect.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035401(d)(1990);Statev.Byrd,861S.W.2d377,379(Tenn.Crim.App.1993).Thepresumptionofcorrectnessisconditioneduponanaffirmativeshowing,intherecord,thatthetrialcourtconsideredthesentencingprinciplesandallrelevantfactsandcircumstances.Statev.Ashby,823S.W.2d166,169(Tenn.1991). Inconductingadenovoreviewofadefendantssentence,includingthemannerinwhichheorsheistoservethesentence,thisCourtmustconsider:(1)theevidencereceivedatthesentencinghearing,(2)thepresentencereport,(3)theprinciplesofsentencingandargumentstosentencingalternatives,(4)thenatureandcharacteristicsofthecriminalconduct,(5)anymitigatingandenhancementfactors,(6)anystatementsmadebythedefendantinhisorherownbehalf,and(7)thedefendantspotentialforrehabilitationortreatment.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035210&103(1990).̀ Theappellantstolenineteenvehiclesin250daysworthnearly$350,000intheaggregate.Thisfigureexcludesthevalueofpersonalitemsfoundinthevehicleswhichwereeithertakenorcavalierlydiscardedbytheappellant.Heoperatedaclassic chopshopbusinessandwasnoneophytetostealingtrucks.Thevictimssufferedseriousmonetarylossesandinconveniencebeyondameredollarfigure. Therecordreflectsthatthetrialcourtfollowedthesentencingprinciplesandimposedalawfulsentence.Indenyingappellantsmotionforcommunitycorrections,thetrialcourtemphasized:(1)thenatureandnumberoftheappellantsoffenses,(2)theneedfordeterrence,and(3)theneedtoprotecttheinterestofsociety.Wewillnotdisturbatrialcourtssentencewhenstatutoryprocedureisfollowedandthecourtsfindingsaresupportedbytherecord.Therefore,thejudgmentofthetrialcourtisaffirmed.  __________________________________  PAULG.SUMMERS,JudgeCONCUR:__________________________JOEB.JONES,PresidingJudge__________________________DAVIDG.HAYES,Judge Q
