TherecordrevealsthatRobertKizer,acodefendant,approachedacaroccupiedbytwoconfidentialinformantsandaskedthemifthey"neededanything."Oneoftheinformantsrespondedthatheneeded"atwenty."Kizerwalkedtotheappellant'svehicle,receivedthecocainefromtheappellantandreturnedtotheconfidentialinformant.Afteracceptingthemoneyfromtheinformant,Kizerreturnedtotheappellant'svehicleandhandedherthemoney.BoththeappellantandKizerwerechargedwithconspiracytosellcocaine. /   ׀Theappellantgaveavideotapedstatementatthepolicestationinwhichsheadmittedtococainepurchases,useandsale.Atleastoneofthesepriorsalesinvolvedthesameconfidentialinformants. AppellantmadeamotioninlimineonthemorningoftrialtoexcludethevideotapedstatementaswellasotherstatementsshehadmadetoAgentMikeShires.Inherstatementsshedidnotdiscussthefactssurroundingthesaleatissueandmadenodirectadmissionofherparticipationinit. Atthehearingonthemotioninlimine,AgentShirestestifiedthattheappellanthadgivenavideotapedstatementinwhichsheadmittedtopriordrugsalesanduse.Further,hespokeofstatementstheappellanthadmadetohimandotheragentsbeforeandafterherarrest.Inthesestatements,theappellantsimilarlysaidthatshehadpurchasedandsolddrugs.Shealsoacknowledgedhercocaineaddiction.Theappellantwantedtobecomeaconfidentialinformantinexchangefor"helponhercharges."Thetrialjudgeviewedthevideotape.Appellant'scounselannouncedhisintentiontopursueacasualexchangetheory.FollowingthemandatesofTenn.R.Evid.404(b),thetrialjudgeconcludedthatthestatementswouldbeadmissible.Hesurmisedthatbecausetheappellantwaschargedwithconspiracy,theevidencewasadmissibletoshowcommonschemeorplanandidentity.Hefurtherconcludedthattheprobativevalueoutweighedtheprejudice.̀ Attrial,thevideotapewasplayedinitsentirety.AgentShiregavesubstantiallythesametestimonyashehadgivenatthemotioninliminehearing.Noobjectionwasmadetothevideotapeortotheoralstatements.Inherbrief,theappellantattacksonlyoneoralstatementmadebyAgentShireduringthetrial. 0   ׀  Theadmissionandexclusionofevidencearewithinthesounddiscretionofthetrialjudge.Statev.Baker,785S.W.2d132(Tenn.Crim.App.1989).Thisdiscretionwillnotbedisturbedunlessithasbeenarbitrarilyexercised.Id.Here,thetrialjudgeproperlyconductedthe404(b)analysisbeforeconcludingthattheevidencewasrelevanttoshowacommonschemeorplan.Further,basedonappellant'scasualexchangetheory,itislikelytheevidencewouldalsohavebeenusefultoshowabsenceofmistake.Followingourreviewofthevideotapeandoralstatements,wefindnoabuseofdiscretion.
