InMarch1996,appellantsprobationwasonceagainrevokedonvariousgrounds,includingmovingwithoutnotifyinghisprobationofficer,failuretoreporttohisprobationofficer,failuretopayprobationfees,failuretoprovideproofofpaymentofrestitutionand/orcosts,failuretoseekalcoholanddrugtreatmentandnumerousarrestsandconvictions.Hewasorderedtoserve45daysinjail,andtheremainderofhissentencewastobeservedinthecommunitycorrectionsprogram. OnApril15,1996,aViolationofCommunityCorrectionsWarrantwasissuedcitingappellantsfailuretoreporttohiscaseofficerforaperiodoftwo(2)weeks.Thewarrantwaslateramendedtoindicatethatappellantwasinabsconderstatus. Attherevocationhearing,appellanttestifiedthathehadnotreportedtohiscaseofficersincehehadbeenreleasedfromjailafterhissecondprobationviolation.HeclaimedthathehadbeeninAlabamavisitinghismother,buthadattemptedtocontacthiscaseofficer.Additionally,hestatedthathehadbeendrinkingexcessively,buthadnotsoughttreatmentbecausehedidnothaveinsurance. Attheconclusionofthehearing,thetrialcourtfoundthatappellantviolatedtheconditionsofhiscommunitycorrectionssentence.ThecourtorderedthatheservetheremainderofhissentenceintheTennesseeDepartmentofCorrection.@ REVOCATION  Inhissoleissueonappeal,appellantarguesthatthetrialcourterredinrevokinghiscommunitycorrectionssentence.Morespecifically,heinsiststhatthemerefindingofaviolationoftheconditionsofthecommunitycorrectionssentencewillnotsupportrevocation.Hemaintainsthatincarcerationisinappropriate,andthetrialcourtabuseditsdiscretion. Revocationofacommunitycorrectionssentenceissubjecttoabuseofdiscretionstandardofreview,ratherthanadenovostandard.Statev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(Tenn.1991).Discretionisabusedonlyiftherecordcontainsnosubstantialevidencetosupporttheconclusionofthetrialcourtthataviolationofthecommunitycorrectionssentencehasoccurred.Id. Inthecasesubjudice,thereisnoquestionthatappellantviolatedthetermsofhiscommunitycorrectionssentence.Infact,headmittedthathedidnotreporttohiscaseofficerasrequiredintheconditionsofthecommunitycorrectionssentence.Moreover,itappearsthatheleftthejurisdictionsoonafterhewasreleasedfromjail. Appellantcomplainsthatthereisnoevidenceintherecordtosuggestthatheisnotamenabletorehabilitationand nolongerpresentsagoodrisk.Tothecontrary,thereisoverwhelmingevidenceintherecordtosuggestthatheisnotapropercandidateforalternativesentencing.Appellanthasahistoryofnoncompliancewiththeconditionsofhisrelease.Hehasshownablatantdisregardfortheconditionsofhisalternativesentences.Indeed,thisishisthirdrevocation.Thetrialcourtdidnotabuseitsdiscretioninrevokingappellantscommunitycorrectionssentence. Furthermore,thetrialcourtdidnotabuseitsdiscretioninorderingthatappellantssentencebeservedinconfinement.Uponfindingaviolation,thetrialcourthastheauthoritytoterminatetheprogramandorderconfinement.Tenn.CodeAnn.4036106(e)(4).Itisevidentthatmeasureslessrestrictivethanconfinementhavefrequentlyandrecentlybeenappliedunsuccessfullytotheappellant,makingconfinementanappropriatemeasure.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035103(1)(C).Thisissueiswithoutmerit.@ CONCLUSION  Weconcludethatthetrialcourtwaswarrantedinrevokingappellantsprobationandorderingthatheservetheremainderofhissentencesinconfinement.Thejudgmentofthetrialcourtisaffirmed.       򀀀       JOEG.RILEY,JUDGE̜CONCUR:򀀀J.CURWOODWITT,JR.,JUDGE򀀀JOEH.WALKER,III,SPECIALJUDGE
