Inthelightmostfavorabletothestate,seeStatev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832(Tenn.1978),theproofestablishedthatthedefendantshothisauntsixtimeswhileshewasstoppedataredlight.Thegunwaswithintwelveinchesofherheadwhenhefiredfouroftheshotsintoherface.Duringthesixmonthsprecedingtheshooting,thedefendantandthevictimwereinvolvedinadisputeoverthedefendantsfathersestate.Thedefendantremarkedthathewantedtogetbackatthevictimanddescribedhowitwouldbepossibleforhimtogotothetopofaschoolbuildingandshootthevictimassheleftthehousewhereshewasliving.Onanotheroccasionduringthemonthsprecedingtheshooting,hestatedthatthebestwaytoremedyseriousproblemsthatyouhavewithapersonistokilltheperson.Twoweeksbeforetheshootingthedefendantrefusedtopromisethathewouldnotkillthevictim. Afterfullconsiderationoftherecord,thebriefs,andthelawgoverningtheissuepresented,weareoftheopinionthattheevidenceissufficienttosupportthedefendantsconvictionforfirstdegreemurderandthatnoprecedentialvaluewouldbederivedfromtherenderingofafullopinion.ThereforeweconcludethatthejudgmentofthetrialcourtshouldbeaffirmedpursuanttoRule20,TennCt.Crim.App.R.       򀀀       JosephM.Tipton,JudgeCONCUR:򀀀GaryR.Wade,Judge򀀀PaulG.Summers,Judge
