àDefendant,€Stephans,€McBride,€Thaddius€and€Dillard€traveled€to€theÏRidgecrest€Apartments€in€a€œcar.›€€All€five€men€were€dressed€in€dark€clothing€andÏwere€œarmed.›€€Defendant€was€carrying€an€œAK„47€assault€weapon.›€€TheyÏapproached€Prentiss€Walton€and€Eric€Isom,€who€were€standing€outside€byÏIsomððs€car.€€The€five€men€began€shooting€at€Walton€and€Isom.€€Melba€Frost,€aÏresident€at€the€Ridgecrest€Apartments,€overheard€some€of€the€men€sayingÏthings€such€as,€ð ðI€got€himðð€and€ð ðletððs€get€himðð€during€the€shooting.Ìà àBennett,€Stepton,€Porterfield€and€Terry€Poindexter€drove€in€a€œseparate›Ïcar€to€the€œapartment›€complex.€€By€the€time€they€œreached›€the€œcomplex,›€they€couldÏalready€hear€shots€being€fired.€€Bennett,€Stepton€and€Porterfield€got€out€of€theirÏcar€and€fired€their€weapons€at€some€people€standing€on€a€second€floor€balcony.Ìà àSubsequently,€defendant€visited€Harris€in€the€hospital.€€During€hisÏconversation€with€Harris,€defendant€said,€ð ð[w]e€got€them.€€We€sprayed€themÏœbitches.ðð€€After€Harris€was€released€from€the€hospital,€defendant€told€him€that€heÏkilled€those€ð ðfolksðð€at€the€Ridgecrest€Apartments€and€that€he€was€shooting€anÏAK„47.›Ìà àWallace€died€as€a€result€of€a€gunshot€wound€to€the€chest.€€The€bulletÏrecovered€from€his€body€was€consistent€with€that€being€fired€from€an€AK„47.Ìà àDefendant€was€indicted€along€with€œothers›€for€the€conspiracy€to€commit€aÏfelony,€to€wit:€murder€in€the€first€degree€of€Marcus€Brown.€€He€was€also€indictedÏfor€the€first€degree€murder€of€Alonzo€Wallace.€€The€jury€convicted€him€ofÏconspiracy€to€commit€first€degree€murder€œof€Brown€and›€criminally€negligentÏœhomicide€of€Wallace.›€€He€was€sentenced€as€a€Range€I,€Standard€Offender€toÏtwenty„four€(24)€years€for€the€conspiracy€charge.€€That€sentence€was€œordered€to›Ïrun€œconsecutively›€to€a€sentence€of€three€(3)€years€for€criminally€negligentÏhomicide.€€From€the€conviction€and€sentence€for€conspiracy,€defendant€bringsÏthis€appeal.ÌÌà@ àò òòòSUFFICIENCY€OF€THE€EVIDENCEó óóóÌÌà ðletððs€go€get€these€bitches.ðð€€Later€that€evening,€defendant€andÏeight€(8)€others€armed€themselves€with€weapons€to€find€Brown.€€Their€plan€wasÏto€ð
