Petitionersclaimisbasedontheallegedinvalidityoftwo(2)1976guiltypleaswhichweresubsequentlyusedasgroundsforanhabitualcriminalconviction.Hearguesthattheguiltypleasarevoid,andasaresult,thehabitualcriminalconvictionbasedonthepriorguiltypleasisvoidaswell. Thisissuehasbeenpreviouslydeterminedonappeal.See󛀜VictorReynoldsv.State,C.C.A.No.84(Tenn.Crim.App.filedSeptember27,1989,atϜJackson).Petitionermaynotagainseekreliefonthisground.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4030206(h)(Supp.1996). Furthermore,postconvictionreliefisbarredbythestatuteoflimitations.Petitionercomplainsofguiltypleaswhichwereenteredin1976.ThestatuteoflimitationsforpostconvictionreliefranonJuly1,1989.Abstonv.State,749S.W.2d487(Tenn.Crim.App.1988).Therearenoallegationsinthepetitionorotherwisewhichwouldappropriatelytollthestatute.SeeBurfordv.State,845S.W.2d204(Tenn.1992);Tenn.CodeAnn.4030202(b)(Supp.1996).
