àIn€the€present€case,€Petitionerððs€three€consecutive€life€sentences€have€notÏexpired,€nor€has€his€sentence€for€escape€since€it€was€ordered€to€run€consecutivelyÏto€the€life€sentences.€€Further,€none€of€his€convictions€are€void€on€their€face.€Ð
