TheAppellantcomplainsthatthetrialjudgefailedtosentencehiminaccordancewiththe1989SentencingReformActandthe1985CommunityCorrectionsAct.ItisouropinionthattherecordcontainsampleevidencethatthetrialjudgeproperlyconsideredboththeSentencingReformActandtheCommunityCorrectionsAct.Thetrialjudge,atthesentencinghearing,statedthattheAppellantssentencewasmotivatedbyconsiderationssuchastheneedforpunishmentandpersonaldeterrence,theinterestofjustice,andthatconfinementwouldbenecessarytoavoiddepreciatingtheseriousnessoftheoffense.Moreover,thetrialjudgeorderedalternativesentencingintheformofsplitconfinement.Whenthetrialjudgeorderedsplitconfinementhestatedthathehadconsideredotherformsofalternativesentencing,butthathefoundthemunsuitablefortheAppellant.Intheabsenceofanyprooftothecontrary,wewillpresumethattheCommunityCorrectionsActwasincludedinthoseconsiderations.
