X9P28  ` First,theproofattheguiltypleahearingestablishedthattheappellant'stheftconvictionoccurredwhiletheappellantwasonbondfortherobberychargesinObionandDyerCounties.Thus,thethreeyearsentencefortheftwasrequiredtobeservedconsecutivelyandanyagreementtothecontrarywouldhavebeenvoid.SeeTenn.R.Crim.P.32(c)(3)(C). 80  ` ~Next,~Ttheproofatthepostconvictionhearingreflectsthattheappellantsignedthe"PleaofGuiltyandWaiversofJuryTrialandAppeal"formwhichprovided:8 ` SentenceinC9744[facilitating]torunconcurrentwithObionCountyCircuitNo.7469.SentenceinC9749[theft]torunconsecutivetoallothersentences. ` !` !
