Thepetitionercannotestablishthatthejudgmentsconvictinghimarevoidorthathissentencetermshaveexpired.Therefore,wefindthatthepetitionforawritofhabeascorpuswasproperlydismissed.@ II Furthermore,thetrialcourtfoundthatithadnojurisdictiontohearaclaimforpostconvictionrelief.Tenn.CodeAnn.4030205(c)allowsatrialcourttotreatapetitionforhabeascorpusasoneforpostconvictionrelief.However,Tenn.CodeAnn.4030204(a)providesthatapetitionforpostconvictionreliefshallbefiledinthecountyofthepetitioner'sconviction.SmithwasconvictedinFayetteCountybutfiledthispetitionforreliefinLauderdaleCounty.Thetrialcourtactedappropriatelyinnottreatingthehabeascorpuspetitionasoneforpostconvictionrelief. 4   @ III Weconcludethatthepetitioner'sclaimsdonotshowthathisjudgmentsarevoidorthathissentenceshaveexpired,makinghabeascorpusreliefinappropriate.Furthermore,thetrialcourtproperlyrefusedtotreatthepetitionasoneforpostconvictionrelief.Thejudgmentofthetrialcourtisaffirmed.       򀀀       JOEG.RILEY,JUDGECONCUR:򀀀JOEB.JONES,PRESIDINGJUDGE򀀀DAVIDH.WELLES,JUDGE
