I.   Thefactsofthiscaseinvolvethedefendantsactionsinresponsetoageneralsessionsjudgesdecisiontoholdhimincustodyuntilhepostedbond.Thejudge,courtadministrator,apoliceofficer,andanattorneypresentinthecourtroomprovidedtestimonyattrial. Theeyewitnessestestifiedthat,followingthejudgesruling,thedefendantknockedoverhischairandwasupsetandirritated.Hewasthenescortedoutofthecourtroom.Eachwitnesstestifiedthattheysawthedefendantapproachthedoorbeforetheglassshatteredandheardthedefendantmakederogatorycomments.Asheapproachedthedoor,hepulledhishandbackandrammedhisfistthroughtheglassplateinthedoor.  Thedefendantdidnotofferanyproofattrial.            II.  Thedefendantarguestheevidencewasinsufficienttosustaintheconvictionofvandalism.Sincetheeyewitnessessawthedefendant over[their]shoulderor throughthedoor,hecontendsthattheywerenotinapositiontoseehimhittheglassdoor. Asthedefendantwasescortedtoleave,thejudgetestifiedthathesawthemotionfromdefendantsarmorfistinthecornerofhiseye,andthentheglassbroke.Thecourtadministratorwhowasseatedtotherightofthejudgeandclosesttotheshattereddoorsawthedefendantpullhisarmbackandputitthroughtheglasswindowinthedoor.Thepoliceofficerstatedthatthedefendant tookhisfistandjustbrokethewindow.Anattorneytestifiedthatshewas lookingrightatthedefendantwhenheputhishandthroughtheglasswindow.Asstatedbythetrialjudge,   Well,hedidit.Therewasntanyquestion   aboutit.Thatsallthereistoit.Weagree.
