Wefindnoerrorandaffirmthejudgmentofthetrialcourt.  OnJanuary27,1995,thedefendantenteredpleasofguilttothreecountsofsaleofcocaine.Asapartofthepleaagreement,achargeofconspiracytosellcocainewasdismissed.ThetrialcourtimposedconcurrentfiveyeartermsoneachconvictionandplacedthedefendantonaCommunityCorrectionsprogram.Thirteenmonthslaterthedefendantwastransferredtosupervisedprobation.  OnMay1,1997,aprobationviolationwarrantwasissuedbaseduponanewchargethatthedefendanthadengagedinaconspiracytosellcocaine.Attheensuinghearing,therewasevidencepresentedthataninformant,JuanKiser,hadtelephonedthedefendantandaskedtopurchasecocaine.Thedefendantresponded,"Okay,I'llsendherrightdown."OfficerSamuelShires,whowaswiththeDrugTaskForceatthetime,overheardthetelephoneconversation.Shortlyafterward,thedefendant'sgirlfriend,MichelleMitchell,deliveredcrackcocainetoKiserataprearrangedmeetingplace.  Asecondincident,occurringfourdayslater,wassimilartothefirsttransaction.OfficerShirestapedtheconversationbetweentheinformantandthedefendant.Withinfiveminutes,Ms.Mitchelldeliveredfortydollarsworthofcrackcocainetotheinformant. 8.4   BothMisschelle.MitchellandthedefendantwereindictedforthesalestoKiser.Apolicesearchofthedefendant'sresidenceyieldeddigitalscalesandmarijuanaresidue.  Attherevocationhearing,thedefendantdeniedanyinvolvementinthesalestoKiser.Whileacknowledgingthathesuspectedhisgirlfriendofillegaldrugusage,hetestifiedthatthewasunawarethatshehaddealtincocaine.HeclaimedthatKiser,whohadbeenincarceratedbeforebeingenlistedbyOfficerShiresasaninformant,wasreturningforty$40dollarshehadstolenfromMs.Mitchellsometimeearlier.  ATBIreportindicatedthatthesubstancedeliveredtothedefendantwascrackcocaine.Thedefendantdidnotobjecttotheadmissionofthereport.
