Theprobationofficertestifiedthattheappellantadmittedusingmarijuanainviolationoftheprobationordereveryweekforthepasttenyears,includingthetimehewasonprobation.Theappellantdeniedmakingthisstatement,butdidadmitthathehadsmokedmarijuanapriortobeingtestedbytheofficer.Moreover,ashorttimebeforethetest,theprobationofficerwarnedtheappellantnottoappearagainundertheinfluenceofadrug.Therecordfurtherrevealsthattheappellantwasbehindinpayingthefineandcourtcosts,aspecialconditionofprobation. Itisobviousthatthetrialcourtdidnotbelievetheappellant.Herefusedtorevealthesourceofthemarijuana.Thetrialcourtconcludedafterhearingtheappellanttestifythathewasnotseriousaboutrehabilitatinghimself;andtheonlyreasonhequitsmokingmarijuanaafterbeingservedwiththerevocationwarrantwasfearofhavinghisprobationrevoked.
