OnJuly13,1993,theappellantpledguiltytoonecountofpossessionofcocaineforresale,aclassCfelony,andreceivedafouryearsuspendedsentence.Inaddition,thetrialcourtimposedafineintheamountof$2,000.OnApril14,1994,aprobationviolationreportwasfiledwiththecourtallegingviolationofthefollowingrules:(2)failuretoreport,(9)failureto"obeythelaw,"(12)failuretopayfeesasdirected,and(13)failuretoobservespecialconditions.Documentationsupportingtheseallegationsindicatedthattheappellanthadfailedtoreporttohisprobationofficerfortheprevioussixmonths,wasconvictedofthreemisdemeanoroffenseswhileonprobation,hadfailedtopayfeesasordered,andhadfailedtomakeanypaymentstowardhisfine.Additionally,therecordindicatesthattheappellanthadtestedpositivefordrugsduringthisprobationaryperiod.Again,whendirectedbythetrialcourttoreporttohisprobationofficerforadrugscreen,theappellantfailedtoappear.Finally,followingtheappellant'sarrestontheviolationwarrant,thetrialcourtreferredtheappellanttotheintensivesupervisionprogramtodeterminehissuitabilityforintensiveprobation.Theprogrammanagerfoundtheappellant'sattitudeuncooperativeandconcludedthathewouldnotbenefitfromcounselingortreatment. Theallegationsofprobationviolationwerenotdisputedattherevocationhearing.Theappellantadmittedtoviolatingthetermsandconditionsofhisprobationexplainingthat,"Iwasjustgoingthroughthemproblemswithmyfamily,youknow."Attheconclusionoftherevocationhearing,thetrialcourtrevokedtheappellant'sfouryearsuspendedsentenceandorderedreinstatementintheDepartmentofCorrection. TheappellantcontendsthatthetrialcourterredinorderingthathisentirefouryearsentencemustbeservedintheDepartmentofCorrectionwithoutconsideringotheralternatives.However,ifthetrialcourtfoundbyapreponderanceoftheevidencethattheappellantviolatedaconditionofhisprobation,itwaswithinthecourt'sdiscretiontorevoketheappellant'sprobationandcauseexecutionofthejudgmentasitwasoriginallyentered.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035310,311(d)(1990).Statev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(Tenn.1991).Iftherecordcontainssubstantialevidencetosupportthetrialcourt'sconclusionthattheappellantviolatedaconditionofhisprobation,noabuseofdiscretionwillbefound.Id. Theappellantdoesnotdisputethefactthatheviolatedconditionsofhisrelease.Indeed,therecordinthiscasecontainsoverwhelmingevidencetosupporttherevocation.Accordingly,weconcludethatthetrialcourtdidnotabuseitsdiscretioninreinstatingtheappellant'soriginalfouryearsentenceanddesignatingconfinementintheDepartmentofCorrection.Thejudgmentofthetrialcourtisaffirmed.     ____________________________________     DAVIDG.HAYES,JudgeCONCUR:_______________________________GARYR.WADE,Judge_______________________________J.CURWOODWITT,JR.,Judge
