Ðquestioned€her€about€whether€her€testimony€at€the€preliminary€hearing€was€inconsistent€with€her€trialÐ `° Ðtestimony.€€When€asked€if€she€had€failed€to€mention€during€the€preliminary€hearing€that€theÐ Ðcontemporaneously€placed€of€record,€the€court,€out€of€the€presence€of€the€jury€and€following€theÐ è 8  Ðclosing€of€the€evidence€in€the€case,€memorialized€the€substance€of€the€sidebar€conference€byÐ
