Ðfalling€to€the€rear€of€his€vehicle,€where€she€had€him€attempt€two€field€sobriety€tests.€€He€almost€fellÐ  \ Ðthree€times€in€his€attempts€to€perform€the€ð ðwalk€and€turnðð€test,€and€again€almost€fell€in€his€attemptÐ øH Ðto€do€the€ð ðfinger€to€nose€test.ðð€€She€ended€the€tests€because€she€had€to€repeatedly€catch€him€toÐ ä4 Ðprevent€him€from€falling.€€Trooper€Riggs€testified€that,€in€her€opinion,€based€on€her€training€andÐ Ð  Ðexperience,€the€defendant€was€under€the€influence.€Ð ¼  ÐÌà Ðall€the€way€back€in€the€seatðð€and€went€to€sleep.€€In€the€meantime,€Nunley,€apparently€still€angry,Ð D!” Ðwaited€until€she€had€arrived€back€home€in€Abingdon,€Virginia,€before€telephoning€his€daughter„in„Ð 0"€  Ðlaw.€€The€defendant€said€that€he€told€Trooper€Riggs€about€the€trouble€with€his€car,€and€that€he€hadÐ #l!
