Afterareviewoftherecord,weaffirmthejudgmentofthetrialcourt.  FACTS    Atthetimeoftheoffense,Appellantwaslivingwithhisuncle,AllenBrown,alongwithMr.Brownsfamily.OnMay4,1996,theBrownsaskedAppellanttobabysittheirtwochildren,ageseightandthree. ,   ׀Appellantconfessedthatonthatevening,hepenetratedthethreeyearoldfemalesanuswithhispenisandinsertedhisfingersintohervagina. OnJune12,1996,thethreeyearoldwasexaminedbyDr.JeffGordon.Attrial,Dr.Gordonqualifiedasanexpertandtestifiedthathedeterminedthechildshymenwasintactandhervaginalareanormal.Hefurthertestifiedthathefounddeepbruisinginthechildsanuswhichcircledtherectalopening.Heopinedthatthisbruisingwastheresultofacircular,firmobjectpenetratingthechildsrectum.Hetestifiedthatsuchinjurywasconsistentwiththewoundsonewouldexpecttoseeinachildwhohasbeensodomized.  I.Sufficiency    Appellantchallengesthesufficiencyoftheconvictingevidence.Whenanappellantchallengesthesufficiencyoftheevidence,thisCourtisobligedtoreviewthatchallengeaccordingtocertainwellsettledprinciples.Averdictofguiltybythejury,approvedbythetrialjudge,accreditsthetestimonyoftheStateswitnessesandresolvesallconflictsinthetestimonyinfavoroftheState.Statev.Cazes,875S.W.2d253,259(Tenn.1994);Statev.Harris,839S.W.2d54,75(Tenn.1992).Althoughanaccusedisoriginallycloakedwithapresumptionofinnocence,ajuryverdictremovesthispresumptionandreplacesitwithoneofguilt.Statev.Tuggle,639S.W.2d913,914(Tenn.1982).Hence,onappeal,theburdenofproofrestswithAppellanttodemonstratetheinsufficiencyoftheconvictingevidence.Id.Onappeal, the[S]tateisentitledtothestrongestlegitimateviewoftheevidenceaswellasallreasonableandlegitimateinferencesthatmaybedrawntherefrom.Id.(citingStatev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835(Tenn.1978)).Wherethesufficiencyoftheevidenceiscontestedonappeal,therelevantquestionforthereviewingcourtiswhetheranyrationaltrieroffactcouldhavefoundtheaccusedguiltyofeveryelementoftheoffensebeyondareasonabledoubt.Harris,839S.W.2d54,75;Jacksonv.Virginia,443U.S.307,319,99S.Ct.2781,2789,61L.Ed.2d560(1979).Inconductingourevaluationoftheconvictingevidence,thisCourtisprecludedfromreweighingorreconsideringtheevidence.Statev.Morgan,929S.W.2d380,383(Tenn.Crim.App.1996);Statev.Mathews,805S.W.2d776,779(Tenn.Crim.App.1990).Moreover,thisCourtmaynotsubstituteitsowninferences forthosedrawnbythetrieroffactfromcircumstantialevidence.Id.at779.Finally,theTennesseeRulesofAppellateProcedure,Rule13(e)provides, findingsofguiltincriminalactionswhetherbythetrialcourtorjuryshallbesetasideiftheevidenceisinsufficienttosupportthefindingsbythetrieroffactbeyondareasonabledoubt.SeealsoStatev.Mathews,805S.W.2dat780. Uponthisrecord,wefindampleevidenceforthejurytohavefoundAppellantguiltyofthecrimeascharged.Thisissuehasnomerit.  II.Sentencing    Appellantalsochallengesthelengthofthesentenceimposedbythetrialcourt.Whenadefendantcomplainsofhisorhersentence,wemustconductadenovoreviewwithapresumptionofcorrectness.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035401(d).Theburdenofshowingthatthesentenceisimproperisupontheappealingparty.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035401(d)SentencingCommissionComments.Thispresumption,however,isconditioneduponanaffirmativeshowingintherecordthatthetrialcourtconsideredthesentencingprinciplesandalltherelevantfactsandcircumstances.Statev.Ashby,823S.W.2d166,169(Tenn.1991). TheSentencingReformActof1989establishedspecificprocedureswhichmustbefollowedinsentencing.Theseprocedures,codifiedatTenn.CodeAnn.4035210,mandatedthecourtsconsiderationofthefollowing: `  ` Ӝ(1)Theevidence,ifany,receivedatthetrialandthesentencinghearing;(2)[t]hepresentencereport;(3)[t]heprinciplesofsentencingandargumentsastosentencingalternatives;(4)[t]henatureandcharacteristicsofthecriminalconductinvolved;(5)[e]videnceandinformationofferedbythepartiesontheenhancementandmitigatingfactorsin4035113and4035114;and(6)[a]nystatementthedefendantwishestomakeinhisownbehalfaboutsentencing.    Tenn.CodeAnn.4035210. TheSentencingReformActalsoprovidesthatthemidrangesentencewithintherangeisthepresumptivesentenceforthisoffense.Thecourtmustbeginwiththemidrangesentenceandenhancethatsentencetoappropriatelyreflectanystatutoryenhancementfactorsthatthecourtfindstobepresent.Afterenhancingthesentence,thecourtmustreducethesentenceappropriatetotheweightofanymitigatingfactorsthatthecourtfinds.Theweighttobegiveneachfactorislefttothediscretionofthetrialjudge.Statev.Shelton,854S.W.2d116,123(Tenn.Crim.App.1992). TheSentencingReformActalsoprovidesthatthetrialcourtshallplaceontherecordeitherorallyorinwritingwhatenhancementormitigatingfactorsitfound,ifany.Thesefindingsarecrucialforreviewofthetrialcourtsdecisionuponappeal. Inthemattersubjudice,AppellantcontendsthatthetrialcourterredinnotconsideringthemitigatingfactorofAppellantsyouthindetermininghissentence,andinconsideringthetwoenhancementfactorsofparticularvulnerabilityofthevictimduetoage,andofAppellantsabuseofaprivatepositionoftrust.Wedonotagree.NothingintherecorddemonstratesthatAppellantsyouthcausedhimtobeunawareofthepotentiallydevastatingconsequencesofhisactions.Further,itisapparentthatthechildstenderageservedtomakeherparticularlyvulnerabletothistypeofoffenseinthatshecouldnotresistAppellant,norcouldsheeasilyarticulatewhathadoccurredtoher.See,Statev.Poole,945S.W.2d93,96(Tenn.1997).Further,fromthetestimonypresentedattrial,andfromAppellantsownstatement,itisobviousthatAppellantabusedthepositionoftrustplacedinhimasamemberofthevictimshouseholdinordertoaccomplishthiscrime.Thisissueiswithoutmerit. Accordingly,thejudgmentofthetrialcourtisaffirmed.
