Clerkturnedoverhisclothesandcarkeys.Thetwovictimswerethenputinsideoneofthe  bathroomstalls,andthedefendantandthetwoindividualsfled. |   Thepolicesubsequentlysearchedtheresidenceofthetwoindividualswhowerewiththe H defendantonthenightoftherobberies.Duringthesearchthepolicefoundthejacketstolenfrom . ~ Poellnitzandtheskimaskwornbythedefendantduringtherobberies.Oneoftheindividualswho  d waswiththedefendantonthenightoftherobberieswastakentothepolicestationforquestioning.  J Heidentifiedthedefendantastheindividualwhoworetheskimaskandbrandishedtheweapon.  0   Thepolicelaterquestionedthedefendant.Oneofficertestifiedthedefendantclaimedthat    hewasnottheindividualwearingtheskimaskandbrandishingthegun,butwasmerelystanding   behindthedoorinthebathroom.Theotherofficertestifiedthatthedefendant confessedthathe x  hadcommitted[the]robbery. ^    Thedefendantofferednoproofatthetrial. *z  Ѐ `   Basedupontestimonygivenattrial,thedefendantwasconvictedbyaDavidsonCountyjury F oftwocountsofaggravatedrobbery,ClassBfelonies.Thedefendantwassentencedtotwo , consecutivenineyearsentencesasastandardoffender. Nevertheless,thegeneralprinciplesofsentencingrequirethatthelengthofsentencebe justly x  deservedinrelationtotheseriousnessoftheoffenseand benogreaterthanthatdeservedforthe ^  offensecommitted.Id.at460(citingTenn.CodeAnn.4035102(1)and103(2)).
