JennyLancetestifiedthattheappellantwentoutsideofSiscostomeetKemmerandwhen ` theappellantreturned,hetoldherthatheandKemmerhadbeeninafight.Theappellantwanted L  Lancetotakehimhome. 8    Althoughtheappellantassertedthatheonlyhitthevictimonce,headmittedassaulting  ` Kemmer.HeclaimedthathehitKemmerbecauseKemmerwas houndinghimand aggravating  L  him.  8    Whenfound,Mr.Kemmerwasunconscious,andhelookedasthoughhehadbeenhitinthe   face.Accordingtotheparamedic,Kemmerhadfaciallacerationsorabrasionsandwasexhibiting   sideeffectsofaheadinjury.Kemmerwentthroughtwosurgeriesandwasunconsciousforovera   week.Asofthetimeofthetrial,hewasstillexperiencingproblemsduetotheassault.
