CodeAnn.4035113(1)and(13).Thetrialcourtdidnotgiveanyweighttothesefactors, t however. Z   Thetrialcourtalsoappliedthefollowingenhancementfactorsinreachingitssentencing &v determination:(1)thedefendanthadapriorcriminalhistory;(2)thedefendantpreviouslycommitted  \ afelonywhileonparole;(3)thedefendantwasonparoleandprobationatthetimeoftheoffense; B and(4)thedefendantviolatedapositionofpublictrust.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4035114(1),(8), ( (13)and(15).Thetrialcourtgave heavyweighttotheenhancementfactors.    Therecordrevealsthedefendanthadthefollowingpriorconvictions:tworesidential   burglariesinMichigan,DUI,disorderlyconduct,assaultandpublicintoxication.Hehadaprior p!  revocationofparoleinMichiganandwasonmisdemeanorassaultprobationatthetimeoftheinstant V"! offense.Thetrialcourtappliedtheviolationofpublictrustenhancementfactorbecausethe <#" defendantutilizedhisworkkeytogainentranceintothebuilding.
