TheproofatthepostconvictionhearingestablishedthattheStatehadadvisedtheappellantbyletterofJune10,1991,thatitwouldrecommend,upontheappellantspleatoburglary,afouryearsentenceconsecutivetohisparoleviolationandconcurrentto whateverhegetsinSpringfield(RobertsonCountyCircuitCourt).
