ThestatuteoflimitationsapplicabletothispetitionwasthreeyearspursuanttoT.C.A.4030102(1990Repl).SeeAbstonv.State,749S.W.2d487,488(Tenn.Crim.App.1988).Therefore,thestatuteoflimitationsforfilingaclaimforpostconvictionreliefranin1988.Accordingly,thecourtbelowwascorrectinholding,withoutahearing,thattheclaimforreliefwastimebarred.
