Thetrialcourthasthediscretiontorevokeacommunitycorrectionssentenceuponafindingthatthedefendanthasviolatedtheconditionsoftheagreement;thetrialcourtmaythenorderthedefendanttoservehissentenceinconfinement.Statev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(Tenn.1991).However,beforeatrialcourtmayrevokeacommunitycorrectionssentence,therecordmustcontainsufficientevidencetopermitthetrialcourttomakeanintelligentandconscientiousdecision.Id.Whenrevokingacommunitycorrectionssentence,thetrialcourtmustplaceitsfindingsoffactandthereasonsfortherevocationontherecord.SeeGagnonv.Scarpelli,411U.S.778,786,93S.Ct.1756,1762,36L.Ed.2d656(1973). TheTennesseeSupremeCourthasheldthatanabuseofdiscretionstandardofappellatereviewshouldbeusedtoaddresstherevocationofacommunitycorrectionssentence.Harkins,811S.W.2dat82.Inorderforareviewingcourttobewarrantedinfindinganabuseofdiscretioninacommunitycorrectionsrevocationcase,itmustbeestablishedthattherecordcontainsnosubstantialevidencetosupporttheconclusionofthetrialjudgethatthedefendantviolatedthetermsofthecommunitycorrectionsprogram.Id.Theproofofaviolationofcommunitycorrectionsneednotbeestablishedbeyondareasonabledoubt,butbyapreponderanceoftheevidence,anditissufficientifitallowsthetrialjudgetomakeaconscientiousandintelligentdecision.Id.;Statev.Milton,673S.W.2d555,557(Tenn.Crim.App.1984). Iftheevidenceattherevocationproceedingisinsufficienttoestablishthataviolationoccurred,thetrialcourtshoulddismisstheproceeding.Conversely,iftheevidenceissufficient,thetrialcourtmay,withinitsdiscretionaryauthority,revokethesentenceandrequiretheaccusedtoservethesentenceinconfinement.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4036106(e)(3). TheDefendantsprimaryargumentisthattheStatefailedtoproduceanysubstantialevidencetosupportthetrialcourtsrevocationofcommunitycorrections.TherecordreflectsthattheStatesubmittedabehavioralviolationreportandthetestimonyofMickeyKing,theDefendantsCaseOfficerwithMadisonCountyCommunityCorrections.Inthereport,KingindicatedthattheDefendantviolatedseveralrulesgoverninghissentence: `   `    2.Makeafullandtruthfulreporttoprogramstaffinpersonand/orinwritingasdirected. 5.Reportallarrest[sic],includingtrafficcitations,regardlessofdisposition. 7.ObeythelawsoftheUnitedStatesoranyStateinwhichhe/shemaybeaswill[sic]asanymunicipalordinances. 8.Abidebycurfewtimesassetbyprogramstaffandshallnotkeeplateorunusualhoursunlessemploymentrelated. 10.BeliableforallCourtCostpaymentsandSupervisionFeepayablemonthly.        KingproducedpolicearrestreportsandtestifiedthattheDefendantdidnotreporttohimregardinganyofthearrests.ThosearrestsdocumentedweretwoforviolationofthebadchecklawonJanuary9,1996andMarch19,1996.TheDefendantwasalsoarrestedforvandalismonMarch15,1996.ThereportandtestimonyclearlysupportsaviolationofRule5.Also,thepolicereportindicatesthatthevandalismincidentoccurredafter10:00p.m.andKingtestifiedthattheDefendanthadacurfewof6:00p.m.ThissupportsthefindingthattheDefendantviolatedRule8. TheDefendantalsoclaimsthatthefindingofnonpaymentofcourtcostswasbasedonvagueinformationandthatnoduedateexistedforpayments.However,theviolationreportindicatespaymentsweretobe payablemonthly.TheDefendantwassentencedonDecember13,1995,andtherevocationhearingwasconductedonMay14,1996.Nopaymenthadbeenmadeinmonthlyinstallmentsasrequired.Finally,theDefendantarguesthatnoproofwasofferedregardingRules2and7.However,thetrialcourtsrevocationorderdatedMay16,1996,reflectsthattherevocationwasbasedonhisarrestsandthefailuretopaycourtcosts.Thus,thelackofsufficientproofregardingtheseviolationsisofnoconsequenceinconsideringthetrialcourtsdecision. TheDefendantofferedexplanationsthathewasincarceratedforanumberofmonths,butproducednoproofofsuch.Healsotestifiedthathewasathomeatthetimetheallegedcurfewviolationoccurredandthathismotherstolehisdisabilitycheck,makinghimunabletopaythecosts. ThetrialcourtconsideredthereportandthetestimonyofboththeStateswitnessandDefendant.ThetrialcourtdeterminedthattheStatehadmetitsburdenofproducingevidencethattheDefendantviolatedtherulesgoverninghiscommunitycorrectionssentence.Althoughthetrialcourtdidnotexpoundindetailitsfindingsoffactinitsorderrevokingcommunitycorrections,itisapparentfromtherecordthatsubstantialevidenceexistedsuchthatthetrialcourtcouldmakeaconscientiousandintelligentdecisionthattheDefendantviolatedtherequiredconditions.Thetrialcourtspecifiedinitsorderthatthenewarrestsandthefailuretopaycourtcostswereevidenceoftheviolations.TherecordreflectsthattheDefendantfailedtonotifyKingofthearrests.WecannotconcludethatthetrialjudgeabusedhisdiscretioninfindingthattheDefendantfailedtomeettheconditionsofhissentence,thuswarrantingrevocation.Accordingly,weaffirmthejudgmentofthetrialcourt.     ̛̜     ____________________________________     DAVIDH.WELLES,JUDGE̜CONCUR:___________________________________̜JOEB.JONES,PRESIDINGJUDGE___________________________________̜JOEG.RILEY,JUDGE
