OfficerSextontestifiedthatheusedtheIntoximeterECIR,amachinecertifiedbytheTennessee   BureauofInvestigation(TBI)fortestingbloodalcoholratios.AccordingtoSexton,theTBItests p eachIntoximetereverythreemonthsforaccuracy.Sextonreportedthatthemachineusedinthiscase \ wastestedandcertifiedonSeptember25,2000,twomonthspriortotheDefendantsarrest.Officer H SextontestifiedthathewastrainedbytheTBItooperatetheIntoximeterandthathefollowed 4 standardoperatingproceduresfortestingtheDefendant.BothOfficerSextonandOfficerHaney  p observedtheDefendantfortherequisitetwentyminutespriortotheexam.Duringthistime,the  \ Defendantdidnotconsumeanyalcohol,smoke,orvomit;nordidheputanythingintohismouth.
