Thereafter,theappellantsignedabehavioralcontractagreementandenteredintothecommunitycorrectionsprogram.However,theappellantviolatedtheconditionsofthisagreement.Asaresultofthisviolation,thetrialcourtrevokedtheappellantscommunitycorrectionssentenceandresentencedhimtoaneffectivesentenceofnineyears.Heappealstherevocationofhiscommunitycorrectionssentenceandtheincreaseofhisoriginalsentence.Uponreview,weaffirm. Theappellantcontendsthattherevocationofhiscommunitycorrectionssentenceshouldbesetasidebecausethetrialcourtfailedtospecifythepreciseconditionortermoftheagreementthatwasviolated.ForthisCourttooverturnacommunitycorrectionsrevocation,wemustfindthatthetrialjudgeabusedhisorherdiscretion.Statev.Harkins,811S.W.2d79,82(Tenn.1991).Anabuseofdiscretionisapparentwhentherecordcontainsnosubstantialevidencetosupporttheconclusionthataviolationofthecommunitycorrectionssentencehasoccurred.Id.Inthiscase,however,wefindthattherecordisrepletewithevidencetosupporttherevocation. Theappellantsbehavioralcontractagreementrequiredhimtomakepaymentsforcostsorfines,complete100hoursofcommunityservice,andabidebyallrulesandregulationsoftheprogram.Therecordrevealsthattheappellantfailedtomaketherequiredpaymentsforcourtcostsorfines.Appellantrepeatedlyfailedtoattendhisweeklyscheduledmeetings;andhewasobservedbyhiscaseworkerinanintoxicatedstate.Therecordcontainssubstantialevidencetosupportthetrialcourtsdeterminationthattheappellantviolatedtheconditionsofhiscommunitycorrectionssentence.Thisissueiswithoutmerit. Theappellantnextcontendsthatthetrialcourterredinincreasinghisoriginalsentencefromsevenyearsandeightmonthstoaneffectivesentenceofnineyears.Thestatearguesthatonceacommunitycorrectionssentencehasbeenrevoked,thetrialcourtcanconductasentencinghearingandsentencetheappellanttoasentencethatexceedsthelengthoftheinitialsentence. TennesseeCodeAnnotated4036106(e)(3)(Supp.1996)grantsatrialjudgetheauthoritytoresentenceanappellantinexcessofhisorheroriginalsentence.Whenatrialcourtutilizesthisprocedure,asentencinghearingshouldbeconducted.Statev.Ervin,939S.W.2d581(Tenn.Crim.App.1996). Therecordrevealsthatthetrialcourtconsideredthetestimonyattherevocationhearing,theprevioussentencinghearing,thepresentencereport,andtheentirerecord.Thecourtfoundthatnewevidenceofenhancement 7   existedandfoundnoadditionalmitigationevidence.Therefore,findingthattheenhancementfactorsoutweighedtheonlyevidenceofmitigation, 8   ׀thecourtincreasedtheappellantseffectivesentencebyoneyearandfourmonths.
