¨ø Ðdrinking.€€The€next€day,€prior€to€the€altercation€with€the€defendant,€he€was€parked€in€his€driveway,Ð ”ä Ðseated€in€the€driverððs€seat,€and€listening€to€music.€€His€only€recollection€of€what€happened€was€thatÐ €Ð Ðthe€defendant€did€not€speak€to€him,€reached€in€the€driverððs€window,€grabbed€him€by€the€throat,€andÐ l¼ Ðrendered€him€unconscious.€Ð X ¨ ÐÐ D!”
