ÐÔ_Ôbefore€stopping€for€another€10€to€20€seconds€while€remaining€in€the€middle€of€the€intersection.€Ð ° ÐAccording€to€Officer€Elliott,€the€truck€appeared€to€be€driving€smoothly€and€was€not€jumping.€€Ð
