F   However,theDefendantwasattackingthejudgmentofthetrialcourtrevokinghis  CommunityCorrectionssentenceandresentencinghimtoimprisonmentintheDepartmentof  Correction.Thepetitionwasfiledwithinayearofthatrevocationandresentencing.InBakerv.  State,989S.W.2d739(Tenn.Crim.App.1998),thisCourtconsideredtheapplicationofthestatute t oflimitationstoapostconvictionpetitionfiledaftertheresentencingofadefendantwhose Z communitycorrectionssentencehadbeenrevoked.Weheldthatwhentheresentencingisthefinal @ actionfromwhichnoappealwastaken,thestatuteoflimitationsdidnotbegintorununtilthirty &v daysafterthedefendantwasresentenced.Id.at741.Accordingly,theDefendant'spetitionattacking  \ hisrevocationandresentencingisnotbarredbythestatuteoflimitations,andthetrialjudgeerred B bysummarilydismissingthepetitionastimebarred.
