Seeid.       Inthiscasetheonlyevidencesubmittedinsupportofthedefendant'srequestforjudicialdiversionwasthepresentencereportandsomebrieftestimonybythedefendantdemonstratingthatshehadcooperatedwiththepoliceinprovidingthenameofhersupplier.Thepresentencereportrevealedthatthedefendantwastwentyfiveyearsold,thatshewascurrentlyemployedandhadbeenforseveralyears,thatshehadfamilysupport,thatshewasingoodmentalandphysicalhealth,andthatshehadcompletedsomecollege.Whileshehasnorecordofpriorcriminalconvictions,thereportincludesa1991chargeforsimpleassaultwhichwas nollied,a1990chargefortheftunder$500anda1988chargeforshoplifting,bothofwhichwere adjustednonjudicially.Thereportfurtherrevealsthatthedefendanthasuseddrugssinceshewassixteenyearsold.Withrespecttotheinstantoffense,theproofwhichwasstipulatedtoatthehearingwasthatthedefendanthadbeeninvolvedinthedeliveryoftwoquarterouncebagsofmethamphetamine. " "  8 Andbecauseoftheseverityofthecrime.Youdon'tknowwhothosedrugsaregoingtoendupasfaraswhoendsupusingthem.Thereareanumberofyoungpeopleouttherethatareusingdrugs.  " "  8 AndIreallydon'twanttosee...youinhereagain.AndIfeellikebyplacingyouonprobationandgivingyouanopportunitytotrytogivebacktothecommunitysomeofthiscommunityservice,thatmaybeitwillassureyouthatwhenyoudoacrimethatyoudohavetopayforit.  " " Clearlythecourtwasconcernedprimarilywiththecircumstancesoftheoffenseaswellasbothspecialandgeneraldeterrence.Thecourtwasalsoconcerned,however,withthedefendant'sextensivehistoryofdruguseand,apparently,with  herother  instancesofcriminalbehavior.Thisfocusonthedefendant'spriorcriminalactivity,althoughitdidnotresultinconvictions,isevidencedbythecourt'sstateddoubtthatthiswasthedefendant'sfirstexperiencein transportingordealingorsellingdrugs.  Thedefendantarguesthatsheisyoung,steadilyemployed,inexcellenthealth,doesnotdrinkalcohol,hasattendedsomecollege,andenjoysastablehomeenvironment.Shealsostressesthathercooperationwiththepoliceandadmissionof   guiltare strongindicato  r[s]ofamenabilitytorehabilitation.Inherbriefshe  also   1P(+    states  that sheshows  nocurrentdruguse,althoughthepresentencereportdoesnot  indicatewhen(orif)  she  Ԁquit  usingdrugs.  #  1      ף @    Inspiteoftheseseveralneutraltopositivefactors,wemustaffirmthetrialcourt.Thedefendant'slengthyhistoryofpriordruguse,theseverityofthecrimeandtheneedforspecificandgeneraldeterrencesupportthedenialofjudicialdiversioninthiscase.Aspointedoutbythestateinitsbrief,manyofthepositivefactorstowhichthedefendantpointsalsoexistedduringherperiodofdruguseandatthetimeshecommittedthisoffense.Heramenabilitytocorrectionisthereforesuspect.
