Theappellantviolatedtheconditionsofhisdiversionaryprobation:rule(4),failuretoprovideverificationofemployment;rule(5),failuretoinformprobationofficerthathehadmovedfromhislocaladdressandfailuretoreceivepermissionbeforeleavingthestate;rule(6),failuretoreport;rule(8),failuretopayprobationfees;andrule(10),failuretopaycourtcosts.Despitetheseviolations,theappellantcontendsthatthetrialcourterredindenyinghimprobation.
