Thedefendantasksthathebeplacedonintensiveprobationwhichthetrialcourtdenied. Theactionofthetrialjudgeissooverwhelminglysupportedbytherecordinthiscasethatwritinganopinionisalmostfrivolous. Thepresentencereportofthedefendantshowssevenpagesfilledwithconvictionsfordrugoffenses,variousoffensesfordrivingonarevokedlicense,andatleastoneprobationrevocation.Therecordfurthershowsapreviousconvictionforbeingahabitualmotorvehicleoffender. Whileonbondforthedrugoffensesubjecttothiscase,thedefendantwasconvictedforspeeding,recklessdriving,drivingonasuspendedlicensewhilebeingahabitualmotorvehicleoffender,andleavingthesceneofanaccident. Thereisnoneedtociteanycaseorstatutorylawonthedefendantsbehalfbecausenonewillrescuehimfromhisselfimposeddilemma.Thereisnoneedtociteanycaseorstatutorylawtosupportthecorrectnessofthetrialjudgesrulingbecausetheconvictionsofthedefendantspeaksoloudlyontheappropriatenessofthesentencesthatnocitationtoauthoritywouldenhancethecorrectnessofthetrialjudgesruling.
