Whenanaccusedchallengesthesufficiencyoftheconvictingevidence,thestandardiswhether,afterreviewingtheevidenceinthelightmostfavorabletotheprosecution,anyrationaltrieroffactcouldhavefoundtheessentialelementsofthecrimebeyondanyreasonabledoubt.Jacksonv.Virginia,443U.S.307,319(1979).Onappeal,theStateisentitledtothestrongestlegitimateviewoftheevidenceandallinferencestherefrom.Statev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832,835(Tenn.1978).Becauseaverdictofguiltremovesthepresumptionofinnocenceandreplacesitwithapresumptionofguilt,theaccusedhastheburdeninthiscourtofillustratingwhytheevidenceisinsufficienttosupporttheverdictreturnedbythetrieroffact.Statev.Tuggle,639S.W.2d913,914(Tenn.1982);Statev.Grace,493S.W.2d474,476(Tenn.1973). SylvesterIslandworkedwiththeDrugTaskForcein1996andwaspaid$100.00eachdayheservedasaconfidentialinformant.HeknewtheDefendantas MoneyG.OnAugust15,1996,hesawtheDefendantatDefendantsbrothershomeandtoldDefendantthatheneededa sixteenth.A sixteenthreferstoabigrockofcrackcocaine.TheydiscussedmeetingthenextdayatDefendantsbrothershome.OnAugust16,1996,InvestigatorBarrettStevensputavideocamerainIslandscarandprovidedhimwith$100.00topurchasethecocaine.JarhondaParker,theDefendantsgirlfriend,accompaniedhimtopurchasethecocainefromtheDefendant. IslandandParkerdrovetoDefendantsbrothershomeandDefendantapproachedtheircar.Islandaskedhim, Yougotthatsixteenthforme?Defendantstatedthathehadit,reachedinhispocketandgaveIslandanobjectwrappedinpaperwhileIslandgaveDefendant$100.00.IslanddrovetomeetStevensandgavetheobjectwrappedinpapertohim.Nooneelsehandledtheobject. InvestigatorBarrettStevenswiththeBolivarPoliceDepartmentworkedwithSylvesterIslandseveraltimesperweek.OnAugust16,1996,beforeIslandlefttomeetwiththeDefendant,Stevenssearchedhimandhiscarandthenputavideocamerainhiscartovideotapethetransaction.AfterIslandcompletedthetransaction,hemetStevensattheNationalGuardArmory.IslandgaveStevensawhitepieceofpaper,andwhenStevensunfoldedit,thereappearedtobealargerockofcrackcocaine.Stevensputthesubstanceinasealedenvelopeandthendeliveredittothecrimelab. KaySheriffisaforensicscientistfortheTennesseeBureauofInvestigationandworksinthecrimelab.Shereceivedandtestedthisobjectanddeterminedthatthesubstancewassixtenths(0.6)ofagramofaScheduleIIcocainebasesubstance. JarhondaParkertestifiedthatsheaccompaniedIslandtomeetwithDefendant.ParkerknewtheDefendantandrecognizedhimwhenhehandedtheobjecttoIsland.Avideotapeofthetransactionwasshowntothejury. TheDefendanttestifiedthatIslandapproachedhimonAugust16,1996athisbrothershome.Defendantgavehimsome speedpillsforwhichIslandpaidDefendant$50.00.Defendantstatedthatthesepillswerenotcocaineandthathehasneversoldcocaine. DefendantcontendsthattheevidenceisinsufficientastherewasreasonabledoubtregardingthedrugtransactionandwhethertheDefendantactuallyhandedthecocainetoIsland.Itisanoffensetoknowinglydeliveracontrolledsubstance.Tenn.CodeAnn.3917417(a)(2).InthelightmostfavorabletotheState,arationaltrieroffactcouldhavedeterminedthatDefendantdeliveredthecontrolledScheduleIIsubstanceofcocainetoIsland.ThisdeliverywastestifiedtobyIslandandParker,inadditiontoavideotapeofthedrugtransaction.Anyquestionsconcerningthecredibilityofwitnessesandthefactualissueshavepreviouslybeendeterminedbythetrieroffact,andwewillnotreevaluatetheevidence.Thisissueiswithoutmerit. Defendantalsochallengesthelengthofhissentence,arguingthatthetrialcourtfailedtoapplyappropriatemitigatingfactors.Whenanaccusedchallengesthelength,rangeorthemannerofserviceofasentence,thiscourthasadutytoconductadenovoreviewofthesentencewithapresumptionthatthedeterminationsmadebythetrialcourtarecorrect.Tenn.CodeAnn.4035401(d).Thispresumptionis conditionedupontheaffirmativeshowingintherecordthatthetrialcourtconsideredthesentencingprinciplesandallrelevantfactsandcircumstances.Statev.Ashby,823S.W.2d166,169(Tenn.1991).TheDefendantfailedtoincludethetranscriptfromthesentencinghearingforourreview,anditishisdutytoprepareanadequaterecordinordertoallowforameaningfulreviewonappeal.Tenn.R.App.P.24(b);Statev.Bunch,646S.W.2d158,160(Tenn.1983);Statev.Roberts,755S.W.2d833,836(Tenn.Crim.App.1988).Inabsenceofthatrecordwhichisessentialforourreview,wemustpresumethatthetrialcourtsrulingiscorrectandweareprecludedfromconsideringtheissue.Statev.Richardson,875S.W.2d671,674(Tenn.Crim.App.1993).
