Aspointedoutbythestate,whenthereisaconflictbetweenthetranscriptandthecourtminutes,thetranscriptcontrols.SeeStatev.Moore,814S.W.2d381,383(Tenn.Crim.App.1991)(citingStatev.Zyla,628S.W.2d39,42(Tenn.Crim.App.1981)andFarmerv.State,574S.W.2d49,50(Tenn.Crim.App.1978)).Moreover,pursuanttoTenn.R.Crim.P.36, [c]lericalmistakesinjudgments,orders,orotherpartsoftherecordanderrorsintherecordarisingfromoversightoromissionmaybecorrectedbythecourtatanytimeandaftersuchnotice,ifany,asthecourtorders.  Fromareviewoftherecord,itisclearthatthejudgmentformmerelyreflectsaclericalerror.Accordingly,wefindthatthejudgmentformandtheminutesofthetrialcourtshouldbecorrectedtoshowthatthepetitionerpledguiltytoaggravatedrobberyincounttenoftheindictment.
