ÐThe€defendant€admitted€that€he€drank€three€or€four€beers€that€afternoon.€€When€asked€about€theÐ ¨ø Ðincident€with€the€victim,€the€defendant€stated,€ð ðSomething€happened,€but€I€canððt€remember.ðð€€TheÐ ”ä Ðdefendant€said€that€he€was€wearing€a€bath€robe€and€that€it€ð ðcould€have€come€open.ðð€€Also,€theÐ €Ð Ðdefendant€admitted€that€he€had€rubbed€the€victimððs€legs€but€denied€touching€her€anywhere€else.€€TheÐ l¼
