Thetrialcourtstatedthatitbelievedthatapersonwhoreceivesasentenceovereightyearsinlengththemaximumallowedforprobationconsiderationisnoteligibleforacommunitycorrectionssentence.However,theCommunityCorrectionsActcontainsnosuchlimitationforpersons whoareconvictedofpropertyrelated,ordrug/alcoholrelatedfelonyoffensesorotherfelonyoffensesnotinvolvingcrimesagainstthepersonasprovidedintitle39,chapter13,parts15....T.C.A.4036106(a)(2). Anaccusedwhomeetstheminimumcriteriasetforthinsubsection(a)ofTenn.CodeAnn.4036106iseligibleforsentencingpursuanttoϜtheActregardlessofthelengthofthesentenceimposedbythetrialcourt.𛀀Statev.LannyCrowe,No.01C019503CC00064,WayneCounty,slipop.at2(Tenn.Crim.App.July6,1995). Asforthedefendantsrequestthatweimposeacommunitycorrectionssentence,wenotethattherecordisinsufficientforustomakesuchadetermination.OurdenovoreviewofsentencingrequiresustoconsiderthesamemattersthatthetrialcourtmustconsiderpursuanttoT.C.A.4035210.Inthisrespect,therecorddoesnotcontaintheguiltypleahearingatwhichrelevantfactsandcircumstancessurroundingtheoffensesmayhavebeendisclosed.
