ÐCHA.€€At€approximately€6:30€p.m.,€the€Defendant€approached€the€public€housing€area€on€25òòthóó€streetÐ ü L Ðsaid€his€uncle€bought€the€beer€and€he€told€me€that.€€ÐX ¨Ð Ð  ÐÌThe€Defendant€was€indicted€for€driving€on€a€suspended€license€and€being€a€minor€in€possession€ofÐ 0"€  Ðalcohol.€€The€Appellant€moved€to€suppress€the€evidence,€arguing€that€the€vehicle€checkpoint€wasÐ #l!
