WereversethedecisionbelowandremandforentryofanorderreinstatingHuntsintensiveprobation. Inadditiontothestandardprobationprovisions,Huntsintensiveprobationrequiredhimtoobservea6:00p.m.to6:00a.m.curfew;XXXXtoperformfiftyhoursof \"! communityservice;#XXXX/#Ԁtopaycourtcosts,afine,andrestitutionforthevictims ($x# medicalexpenses;andtoreporttohisprobationofficerweekly.XXXXOn#XXXXH#XXXXApril18,and %D!% June24,1997,#XXXX#XXXXԀHuntsprobationofficerfiledprobationviolationreportsasserting '#' thefollowingviolations:#XXXX#Ԁfailuretopayprobationfees;absconding;failureto )$) report;movingwithoutpermission;failuretofollowinstructions;failuretokeepcurfew;failuretopaycosts,fine,andrestitution;andfailuretoperformcourtorderedcommunityservice.ThetestimonyatHuntsrevocationhearingsupportedtheseallegationsandwas,forthemostpart,uncontroverted.Infact,Huntsowntestimonynotonlyadmitstheviolations,butreflectshisdisregardofanyattempttocomplywiththeconditionsofhisprobation.Forexample,whenaskedwhyhedidnotreportachangeofaddresstohisprobationofficer,Huntreplied, IwasjustsayingforgetaboutitbecauseIwasntworkingandcouldntpayanything,soIjustsaidIdtakeitonmyownandjustforgetaboutit.In 95; anotherquestionhewasasked, Wellwhatabouttherestofyourprobation?Huntreplied, Wellprobablycatchmeanyway,liketheydid.
