D9/1  @II,FACTS  `   ` AppellantsoriginalpleawaspartofapackagedealwiththeStatewhichresolvedseveraldrugchargesagainsthiminMaury,Giles,andLawrenceCounties.AppellantenteredCommunityCorrectionsandwasmonitoredbyMr.GlenSmith.Mr.Smithtestifiedattherevocationhearing,statingthathesupervisedAppellantuntilSeptember1995whenAppellanttestedpositiveformarijuanause.Mr.SmithalsorecountedthatAppellantfailedtoreportinconsistently,hefailedtopayfines,andfailedtodocommunityservicework.Mr.SmithstatedthatinhisaffidavitforrevocationheallegedthatAppellanthad(1)failedtopaysupervisionfees,(2)failedtopaycourtcosts,(3)failedtomaintaingainfulemployment,(4)failedtopayfines,and(5)failedtodocommunityservicework.Mr.SmithtestifiedthatwhenadefendantisassignedtoCommunityCorrections,hefillsoutabehavioralcontract,istoldhemustpayacertainamounteachmonthtothecourtclerkandbringthereceipttothecaseofficer,mustpayallchildsupportpaymentsandmustproducepaystubstoverifyemployment.AppellantneverbroughtanyreceiptsorpaystubstoMr.Smith.Appellantneverfolloweduponsuggestionsregardingwheretodocommunityservice,andtoMr.SmithsknowledgehasnotheldajobsincebeginningtheCommunityCorrectionsprogram. ` AppellanttestifiedthathehadrecentlyobtainedajobattheMurrayOhioplantinLawrenceburg.Hestatedthathewasuptodatewithchildsupportpayments,butconcededthathisfatherhadmadethepayments.Appellanttestifiedthathehadnophysicalimpairmentwhichwouldpreventhimfromworking. 902 Ї@  I.ConditionsofCommunityCorrections  `   ` Appellantarguesthatwithoutajudgmentbeforethetrialjudgesettingouttheconditionsofthecommunitycorrectionssentence,thejudgecouldnotmakeaEconcientiousEEconscientiousEdecisionastowhetherthesentenceshouldberevokedandEincarceratioinEEincarcerationEordered.Inthisparticularcasewemustdisagree. ` First,thisargumenthasbeenwaivedbyAppellantsfailuretoevensuggestinthetrialcourtthatthelackofajudgmentsettingforththeconditionsofthesentenceprecludedrevocationofthesentence.FailuretoraisethisEissueinEEissueinEthetrialcourtwhereanyprejudicialEefectEEeffectEoftheallegederrorcouldhavebeenpreventedwaivesappellaFntFGteGreviewofthisissue.Tenn.R.App.P.36(a);See, ` e.g.Jonesv.State,915S.W.2d1,2(Tenn.Crim.App.19H9H5).
