L    TheLauderdaleCountyCircuitCourtdeniedthepetition,concludingthatalthoughthe $ t petitionersstatesentencesweretorunconcurrentlytotheeighteenmonthfederalsentence,theydid  ` notautomaticallyterminateatthesametimeasthefederalsentence.Italsodeclinedtotreatthe  L  habeascorpuspetitionasapostconvictionpetition,observingthatthelattermustbefiledinthe  8  convictingcourt.SeeTenn.CodeAnn.4030204(a). $    Thegistofthepetitionerspositionisthathepledguiltypursuanttoapleabargainthat   includedanunderstandingthatservinghissentenceconcurrentlytohisfederalsentencemeantthat   uponhisreleasefromfederalconfinement,hewouldnotserveanytimeinconfinementinTDOC.
