FACTS   OnDecember29,1993,RodneyJohnsonwasvisitingtheRaimeyfamilyattheMcKellarWoodsApartmentsinShelbyCounty.Around8:15p.m.thefrontdoorwas bustedopenbyamanmaskedwithablackstockingbrandishingapistol.ThemantoldMr.andMs.Raimey,theirdaughter,andJohnsonto getdown...itsarobbery. Mr.Raimeywasstandingontheothersideofthedoorwhenitburstopen.Asthemaskedmanentered,Mr.Raimeynoticedanothermanwearingaheavy,athletictypejacketstandingoutsidetheapartmentdoor.Thesecondmansfacewascoveredbyhisjacketwhichwaszippedupoverhisfacetohiseyes.Themaskedrobber,alreadyinsidetheapartment,urgedthesecondmanstandingoutsidetofollow.HethenlookedatMs.Raimey,andasked, Penny,wheresmymoney?Wherestheshit?Mr.RaimeytoldtherobberhehadthewrongϜapartment,andPennydidnotlivethere.Afterrealizinghehadthewrongplace,themaskedgunmanproceededtorobMr.andMs.Raimey.Heforcedthemintotheirbedroomatgunpointandstoleover$500worthoftheirvaluables. Meanwhile,Johnson,whowasseatedclosetothefrontdoor,triedtoescapetogethelp.Indoingso,hescuffledwiththesecondrobberintheathletictypejacket.Duringtheconflict,thecollarofthejacketcoveringtherobbersfaceunzipped,andJohnsonwasabletoseehisadversarysface.Therobberultimatelystolepropertyworthover$500fromJohnson.Johnsondescribedthesecondrobberas5'11',withacurlyhairstyle.Afterviewingaphotospreadandlaterattrial,Johnsonpositivelyidentifiedthedefendantasthepersonwhorobbedhim.Healsoidentifieddefendantsjacketasthesamejacketwornbytherobber. Afterthevictimspossessionshadbeentaken,Mr.RaimeyandJohnsonwerestruckintheheadbytherobbers.Mr.Raimeyretrievedhispistolwhentherobbersleftandwentoutsideandfiredoneshotintheirdirection.TheyfiredbackandMr.Raimeyretreatedintotheapartmenttocallthepolice. HospitalrecordsindicatedthatdefendantwasadmittedtotheMethodistSouthEmergencyRoomat8:40p.m.,thenightoftherobbery.Hewastreatedforagunshotwoundtothebackleftshoulder.Followingstandardprocedure,hospitalpersonnelcontactedthepolice.Thedefendantwaslaterarrestedatthehospital. JoseJordan,thedefendantsbrother,andHaroldEvans,thedefendantsstepfather,testifiedforthedefense.Jordanstatedthatthedefendanthadcalledhimthenightoftherobberyandtoldhimthat, [s]omeonetriedtorobhim,andheran,andtheyshothim.𛀀Jordanthenpickedhisbrotherupandtookhimtothehospital.EvansstatedthatonthedayoftherobberyhedroppedthedefendantoffatPepperTreeApartmentsaround5p.m.      I. 󛀀 Thedefendantarguestheevidenceisinsufficienttosupporttheaggravatedrobberyconvictions.Specifically,defendantcontendstheevidenceisinsufficientbecauseonlyoneofthetwovictimsidentifiedthedefendantfromthephotospread. InTennessee,greatweightisgiventotheresultreachedbythejuryinacriminaltrial.Ajuryverdictaccreditsthestateswitnessesandresolvesallconflictsinfavorofthestate.Statev.Bigbee,885S.W.2d797,803(Tenn.1994);Statev.Harris,839S.W.2d54,75(Tenn.1992).Onappeal,thestateisentitledtothestrongestlegitimateviewoftheevidenceandallreasonableinferenceswhichmaybedrawntherefrom.Statev.Evans,838S.W.2d185,191(Tenn.1992);Statev.Cabbage,571S.W.2d832(Tenn.1978).Moreover,aguiltyverdictremovesthepresumptionofinnocencewhichtheappellantenjoyedattrialandraisesapresumptionofguiltonappeal.Statev.Grace,493S.W.2d474(Tenn.1973).Theappellanthastheburdenofovercomingthispresumptionofguilt.Id. Johnsonidentifiedthedefendantasthemanwhorobbedhim.Hemadetheidentificationtwodaysaftertherobberyinaphotospreadandagainattrial.Johnsonhadanopportunitytoseetherobbersfaceduringtheirfight.Hestatedthatthestrugglelastedapproximatelyfive(5)minutes.Identificationofarobberisaquestionoffacttobedeterminedbythejury.Statev.Strickland,885S.W.2d85,87(Tenn.Crim.App.1993). Furthermore,thedefendantsjacketwasalsoidentifiedasthejacketwornbytherobber.ThejackethaddirtmarksontheleftsleevethatwereconsistentwiththestrugglethatoccuredwithJohnsonoutsideoftheapartment.Thedefendantwasadmittedtothehospitalat8:40p.m.foragunshotwound,twentyminutesaftertherobbery.Basedontheaboveproof,areasonablejurorcouldconcludebeyondareasonabledoubtthatthedefendantcommittedtherobberies.Thisissueiswithoutmerit.
