G'"' Hecontendsonappealthattheevidencewasinsufficienttosupporttheconvictionforaggravated 0(#( assault,butdoesnotcontesttheotherconviction.Weaffirmthejudgmentsofthetrialcourt. )i$)    Facts -(. _     Uponarrivinghomefromworkoneevening,thevictim,PeggyTodd,foundthedefendant  andhercousin,MarquelClark,watchingtelevisioninherdaughtersbedroom.SheaskedClarkto  walktothebabysittershouseacrossthestreetandpickupherchild.Clarkleft,andthedefendant k cameintothelivingroomandsatdown.Clarkreturnedwiththechildapproximatelyfiveminutes T laterandreturnedtothebedroomtowatchtelevision. =    Thedefendantbecameupsetwiththevictimwhenshecommentedthatheresembledhis  _ sister.Thedefendantpulledoutagunandgrabbedherbytheneck.Shewasholdingherinfant  H childatthetime.Whilestillholdingthevictimbytheneck,hepointedthegunatherandherchild,  1  andtheywalkedintothebedroom.Thevictimtestifiedthatshewasinfearforherlife.Clarktried    tocalmthedefendant.However,thedefendantpointedthegunatClarkandfired.Thebulletwent   throughthewallandintothekitchen,missingClark.ThedefendantpointedthegunatClarkagain.   Eventually,thedefendantsurrenderedhisguntoClark.     Thepolicearrivedafewminuteslater,andthedefendantran.OfficerEllasonFlaggchased W  thedefendantonfootandapprehendedhimashorttimelater.OfficerFlaggsawthedefendantdrop @ agunbeforeshecaughthim.Uponreturningtothevictimshouse,OfficerFlaggfoundaspent )y casinginthebedroomandabulletholeinthewall. b   Thedefendanttestifiedthatheneverpointedthegunatanyone.Hedeniedthathegrabbed 4 thevictimbytheneck.Hestatedthathedoesnotknowhowthegunwasdischarged.The  defendantsaidthathesawthegunonthefloorinthebedroomandpickeditupwiththeintention  ofreturningittotherightfulowner(Clarksbrother).Thedefendanttestifiedthatheleftthehouse  withthegun.Heranwhenhesawthepolicebecausehehadjustbeenreleasedfromjail. Itwasnotnecessaryforthedefendanttophysicallyassaultthevictimforthejurytofindhim  guiltyofaggravatedassault.Itwasonlynecessarythathecausethevictimto reasonablyfear  imminentbodilyinjuryandthathedisplayadeadlyweapon.Thevictimtestifiedthatshewasin q fearforherlife.Herfearwascertainlyreasonable.Clarkwasnotthevictiminthiscase.Therefore, Z itisirrelevantwhetherhewasinfearofthedefendant.Additionally,itwasnotnecessarythatthe C gunbefiredinorderforthedefendanttobeguiltyofaggravatedassault.Itwasonlyrequiredthat ,| he usedordisplayedadeadlyweapon.ThevictimandClarkpresentedalmostidenticaltestimony e astothisincident.
