ÐBenton€County€sheriffððs€deputy€testified€that€the€victimððs€wound€was€of€a€size€consistent€with€a€.22Ð $X" Ðcaliber€bullet.€€Multiple€witnesses€testified€that€the€defendant€owned€a€.22€caliber€weapon,€but€theÐ ô$D #
