Appellantwasapparentlyneverpunisheddirectlyforhisembezzlementof$785,731.00fromhispreviousemployer,ratherhewasconvictedoffederaltaxevasioninconnectionwiththeembezzledfunds.Hereceivedafederalsentenceoftwentyonemonthsconfinementfollowedbyaprobationaryperiod.WhileonfederalprobationhecommittedtheinstantoffensesusingforgerytoϜstealfromhissubsequentemployer.ItisclearthatmeasureslessrestrictivethancontinuousconfinementhavenotmadeanimpactonAppellant.Wehavenotroubleconcludingthatthetrialcourtsdecisiontoincarcerateisfullysupportedbythisrecord.
