Theappellantsprimaryissueforreviewtheniswhetherthetrialcourtproperlydeniedhispetitionforpostconvictionrelief.Weaffirm. Theappellantcontendsthatthepostconvictioncourterredbydismissinghispetitionforpostconvictionrelief.Hearguesthathisguiltypleawasinvoluntarilyentered,thathisattorneyprovidedineffectiveassistance,andthatthestatebreacheditspleaagreementwithhimregardinghissentence.  Thestatearguesthatthepostconvictioncourtproperlydismissedtheappellantspetition.ThestatecontendsthatbecausetheappellantsconvictionbecamefinalinJanuary1992,hisfilingofapostconvictionpetitiononJanuary17,1997,whichwasalmostfiveyearsafterhisconviction,wastimebarred.Also,thestateassertsthattheappellantschallengetohissentencecalculationisnotacognizableclaimforpostconvictionrelief.
